Our Services
CARPET CLEANING
Our professional steam cleaning uses high heat and powerful suction to remove deep-down dirt, stains, and allergens—leaving your carpets fresh, clean, and healthier for your home. We charge just $0.23 per sq. ft., which includes a soil-lifting pre-spray and most stain removal.

Dry time typically ranges from 2 to 5 hours, depending on carpet type, humidity, and airflow.
PET TREATMENT
Pet accidents happen—but our specialized treatments help remove stains and odors at the source. We offer several levels of service based on the severity and depth of the problem. Our Standard Treatment handles surface stains and light odors, ranging from $30–$75 depending on the area. For deeper issues, our Pet Odor Removal targets contamination in the carpet pad and subfloor, priced between $40–$200 based on how much we need to treat or replace. For localized, severe spots, our Deep Flush Treatment offers maximum effectiveness by fully saturating and extracting the affected area—just $100 per area, up to 30 sq. ft. each.
Drying time varies by treatment level but typically ranges from 4 to 12 hours, depending on how deep we flush and the airflow in your home.
UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
Keep your furniture looking and feeling fresh with our professional upholstery steam cleaning. Couches, sectionals, chairs, and loveseats collect dust, body oils, and odors over time—but a deep clean can restore their appearance and extend their life. We charge $17.50 per linear foot for sofas, sectionals, and loveseats, $45 flat for large chairs, and $15–$22 for stools and dining chairs. A minimum service fee of $85 applies to all appointments.
Dry time for furniture usually takes about 4 to 6 hours, but it can vary based on fabric, airflow, and humidity. In some cases, it may take up to 12 hours to fully dry. Running fans or opening windows can help speed it up.
RUG CLEANING

Our rug cleaning prices range from $1.50 to $4 per square foot, depending on fabric type and soil level. Specialty rugs like wool, oriental, or antique pieces may fall into a higher range. A minimum service fee of $85 applies to all rug cleaning services.
